I just wanted to share a simple, yet amazing recipe from the book "The Abs Diet." I've used it for many years. It's quick and a really good way to get your protein for working out. Enjoy!
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt (I use organic and low or no fat)
1 cup 1% milk
1 cup frozen fruit (I like to use fresh when it's in season)
2 teaspoons whey powder (I used the vanilla flavor)
